Good quality cells at a fair price
I tested all of these cells and all of them came out well. They all took a charge to 4.22 and within 0.02v of each other. I discharged to 3v using an Imax b6 charger and all were 2500ma or more.
The cells came with the burrs from where the tabs have been removed, this makes it much easier to solder them if you want to. I removed them as I will be spot welding them, which was easy with a mini dremel style tool

Poor Quality
The blades have a 1/2mm gap in between them causing it to pinch and tear the wrapper rather than cut cleanly. For the price I wasn't expecting the highest quality but I did expect it to at least function. The pictures show the cut on a signature mini cigar as I would not let this thing anywhere near a Cuban again.
