Good electrolyte replenishment with excellent taste
I usually buy lemonade even if it tastes more like lemon and I like it - a lot. Easy to make, tastes a lot better than just water and a lot lot better than any other pre-mixed sport drink.

good value, no sugar, easy mix
I would always prefer this over Gatorade or any of the other sports drinks. I tastes good even so I prefer the 'lemonade' kind which tastes more like citrus than this one. I really like qwinstiks, I carry them everywhere with me because I do not like to drink just pur water. This is great and inexpensive.

Starts out a little bit hard
Good pillow but it needs some break in to be most comfortable.
