I ordered these for the car and throughout the process the customer service was exceptional, I was first contacted to make sure I’d purchased the correct item, I was then contacted again with an invoice and again to be told they’d been dispatched.   Excellent communication, I received a message shortly after purchasing a radiator for my car to confirm they had the right details & that I'd ordered the correct part. Delivery was fast it arrived much sooner than the estimated time, which surprised me as it's the Xmas period. The item was well packaged & not a mark on it considering it was sent by courier.   I ordered the wrong part but this was picked up on and I was informed it would not fit as I needed power fold as well. This was before it was sent to me. I was given instructions on how to cancel and my refund was processed almost immediately. I can’t rate this company highly enough for superb customer service and knowledge. Unfortunately in this instance they did not have the correct part I required but would not hesitate to order from them in future.

  Original order arrived with minor damage by careless couriers, and/or, poor packaging. On learning about the problem, the seller immediately offered a refund or my preferred option, a replacement item. The replacement arrived the following day without any additional cost to myself.
