  The item was as described, the packaging was...adequate I suppose. I bought on the 24th of April but didn't receive until the 8th, and only then because I sent a message, in my opinion this timeframe is not acceptable hence the neutral feedback. The seller needs to communicate better with buyers and act on sales quicker.

  Dispatch time was pretty slow as bought on a Saturday morning and was posted Wednesday evening however no complaint with the product. It is as described and seller did contact me when he had noticed on Friday that DPD tracking still showed that it hadn’t been collected from drop off point.

  Ultimately the item arrived too late - and only after I'd opened a case to resolve the matter. I requested to cancel the purchase, and instead the seller sent the item two days later, meaning I had to then return the item. And to get the refund I also had to open a case. I can't comment on the item itself, assuming all was well with it, but please be comfortable with an atleast 3 week delivery time if you want it buy from this seller.
