Think I just told you my thoughts on this product. All good
Can't say any more about this product. Let's see how long it will last this time.
The last one didn't last all that long like the first one I had lasted about ten years. Hoping for a better result this time.

Great quality. Hoping it lasts as long as my last one.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This product looks like of being of good quality as my last one was.
Only problem is, the item you have sent me, has the wrong electrical plug on it that is not of the Australian standard and cannot be connected to our power points because of the position of the positive and earth pins. Australian plugs are facing in but these ones are parallel with one another. Can this problem be rectified please because at this stage, I cannot use this item.
