Top quality anti corrosion epoxy primer. The best brand for classic cars. Used this many times to great effect, but any areas of old paint that remain, use an isolater primer on these areas. Other than that, this epoxy primer is excellent on bare metal. Highly recommended and used by many classic car restoration specialists.
