Massage can help soothe and relax baby and help with colic, recommended!
Recently I had enrolled in a local Baby Massage Course and this book was recommended.
It has very handy chapters that you can jump to, the book is excellent at being picked up and put down, as having a baby means you don't get too much time to sit & read, however its handy to keep nearby and read while you're breast feeding.
It contains lots of information on the benefits physically and emotionally of baby massage and gives step by step techniques, which are easy to follow.
It can help soothe and relax baby, increase the bond with the parent and there are massage techniques for colicky babies.
I loved the warm and gentle way the book is written and how easy it is to fit baby massage in to a daily routine.
Fully recommended for any parent!

His voice is like rich chocolate - love it!!
I bought the Michael Buble Christmas CD for my Mum, and listened to it this weekend when they came round. Its typical MB - smooth, great listening and v enjoyable at this seasonable time.
I love that he's teamed up with other singers - fab duets and covers - his voice is like rich chocolate - love it!!

A must read for all ages.
A compelling story about a struggling child in school, who is displaying troubling behaviours - no mention of neurodiversity here, but it's what comes to my mind. His journey through his feelings, emotions and beliefs about himself and his relationships with his peers and school staff. Brilliant.
