  I explicitly asked the seller what the model number was. They said 1708. (which was what I specifically was looking for) I received 1697. Not a complete dealbreaker, it would still work. Much more importantly, the seller openly listed this item as "NEW". There was nothing new about this controller except the shrink-wrap. It was clearly refurbished, right down to junk in the buttons. AND, the wireless didn't work. Seller wont take refunds on this. Coincidence? Avoid this seller like the plague!

  Ebay was supposed to send me a link so I could remove this feedback, but that keeps not happening. The seller DID resolve this issue with a refund. We were both fooled by the shiny new shrink wrap. Please ignore my negative feedback, the seller FIXED the issue.
