A good replacement
The hook is fine AND it is clear from the description (rivet) that hook is not a simple unscrew the old screw in the new replacement.
Do not let that put you off.
I bought them to use on an elderly Hoover Junior. The old hooks had snapped off and because I do not have the equipment/expertise to remove the original riveted hooks easily, I used a small 'for metal' drill bit to make new pilot holes for the new cleats above and below the old. I could then attach the new easily with some small self tapping screws that I already had.

Halogen replacement
These bulbs have got to be a good replacement for their halogen equivalent.
At low wattages power consumption is not really an issue, but the fact that much less heat is produced must be a very good reason to change.
Just one word of caution, because the wattage of these is lower that the halogen equivalent, as a replacement there might not be sufficient load for the power supply.

It does the job
It is a the correct bulb for older (1960s, yes I mean that) Friedland illuminated bell pushes.
They seemed quite expensive, but were the cheapest on here.
I would buy again.
