  Dear Sirs:How could you have possibly sent this item (wheel cat treadmill 091316246633) so poorly packaged. The assembly screws were loose in the box. There was a hole in the box where some screws had fallen out. The tape was all stuck together. The tape backing was covered with pieces of plastic from an enclosed plastic bag. It will take hours to clean the tape, even if that is possible. There are no assembly instructions. I have no choice but to send it back or throw it in the trash.
