The Force Unleashed In 2007
This figure derives the sculpt from the Video game The Force Unleashed!
It is amazing how time flys! It is now 50 years for Lucasfilm and 40+ for Star Wars!
In 2007 Hasbro released some of the best articulating 3 3/4” figures to commentate The Thirtieth Anniversary of Star Wars.
This by far is one of my favorite lines. The card art is amazing and while I do prefer the old Kenner rectangle cards these open hook designs make it easier to take off pegs in stores without having to take every carded figure off! A great refusing that probably saved a lot of figures from being ripped from the pegs!
Darth Vader with his battle damage looks amazing. The details and removable pieces add to the value of this awesome figure. Carded or displayed loose this is a fantastic figure to add to your collection.

Star Wars Comic Packs
These comic packs are a great value with exclusive figures only found in these packs! I have collected a lot of action figures and these are by far my favorites!
Included in this comic pack are two characters in stormtrooper disguises!
The articulation is not always the best in these packs and some are repaints but they can only be found in these packs!
This line of Star Wars merchandise combined a comic with action figures. A great concept!

The Next Best Thing
As a collector of vintage figures I have always loved the original Kenner cardbacks. As a child I loved seeing the movie stills imposed on the card. The retro look of these cards are very impressive and bring back memories of those figures as seen in the 70’s and 80’s. I really appreciate the effort Hasbro has taken to give us these figures in this style.
While many of us cannot afford an original carded vintage figure these aspire to the nostalgia with newer redesigned and more articulated action figures.
He comes with his heavy blaster and pistol that fits in holster plus his equipment pack which is detachable. The articulation is very good as well and allows for many action poses.
This figure in my opinion is the best sculpt to date of Dengar. The face detail is very good as well as the armor.
I am glad to see he got to be No. 1 in the new Vintage collection even though Boba Fett would be my choice of Bounty Hunters. Kudos to Hasbro for showing him the love he deserves!
