  The items were fairly priced. The parcel was secure, but sadly whilst bubble rapping the items, they did not wrap the trinket box individually, and with the delivery, who despite having CCTV did not leave the parcel, but tried three times in the end, finally leaving the parcel in the porch. Well, the parcel had obviously bounced about a bit, and unfortunately the trinket box lid was broken. I requested a fair refund for this sole item, and the seller happily accepted.

Item was as described but unfortunately, one piece was broken, due to bad handling by delivery process and probably thrown around. All items had been very well packed, so not the sellers fault!
