Slow and awkward seller. During communication, he became strangely chirpy yet passive aggressive. Wanted to force me to give a positive feedback before completion of full sale…. Although he sent the item he refused to send the accompanying document which I needed, saying he would only send it after I left positive feedback. Found this shift very odd. Didn’t trust him or like his tone so sent the item back. Didn’t bother testing the item so don’t know if it worked. Definitely one to avoid.

Completely Genuine

I'm a apple user and audio engineer and these earpods are completely genuine. People who say that it doesn't have low/bass are used to use bad headphones with accentuated low frequencies. The product arrived well packed and I had no problems with it.
