  Unfortunately I have submitted two stars, from a possible five, for the item description; This is due to the fact that the boots were advertised as size 8.5 UK, but upon arrival were in fact size 8 UK - to which I was hugely disappointed. However, that’s where the disappointment ended. Communication between myself and the seller was hassle free, and a refund was promptly agreed and received. A pleasant and helpful seller, whom I have no hesitation in awarding five out of five stars for conduct.
