  The item wasn’t as describe, in fact the conditions weren’t really good. When I mentioned the problem , based on photos that I straight away sent back, the seller wasn’t helpful at all rather quite rude. I don’t know why I am not giving a negative feedback, but hopefully it’s a lesson.

  The item in question was described as damaged when I sold it, although I was accused of not having done so. I was demanded a full refund, so I offered a return instead, which they weren't satisfied with. I thought I cleared it up, but they obviously thought otherwise. I get it's easy to vent at a screen, or some business body, and not see a human, with feelings and a life of their own. At the end of the day, this is a service that suits the buyer, even if the seller makes mistakes.
