Effective and gentle
This stuff doesn't burn as badly as the Oxymetazoline based nose sprays like Afrin and Dristan, but is every bit as effective. Cannot find anyone listing it in the United States, its availability seems very scarce here.

Good for the nose
1 of 1 found this helpful Doesn't open me up initially, but is a great booster for when I start to open up. A good natural antibacterial solution that is pleasant to use. The long term effects will more than likely be positive and I'll update this review if necessary.

Question the hype.
I had very high hopes for this stuff. Finally got a bottle here, not available within 50 miles of Omaha..including at Walgreens and CVS. Its 6 PM..Hello usual evening problems..2 blasts per nostril burned for 2 minutes and that's it, didn't open the left side up at all. How long do you have to use it before it works? I'll keep trying it and update my review if results change, but so far I have better luck with just plain saline. It gets more than one star because it did increase my sense of smell and relieved a small amount of pain, but it does not open me.
