Super book, great recipes that do not disappoint!
I absolutely love Italian food and this book does NOT disappoint. The Bolognese recipe alone is worth the purchase price. Think about it: authentic recipes from Italy without having to travel. Every recipe I've cooked has gotten rave reviews. Simple - just buy it and thank me later!

Zildjian Gen16 14" hi-hat cymbals
These cymbals are a great alternative to the rubber hi-hats usually used with electronic kits. REAL cymbal feel and although slightly higher pitched than I usually like, the response and sound is very nice. Finally, real cymbals for the electronic crowd.
