Necessary evil !
One of the two retaining clips of the original ring broke after 12 months or so of fairly light and careful use so I'm hoping that this one will last longer. Spare parts for domestic products always seem very expensive considering the initial cost of the whole item....but at least we may get a few more months of use from the Actifry.

Good value
Arrived quickly & (provided that it lasts for a reasonable time) appears to be good quality. Took me a little while to get used to adjusting the appropriate amount of “tightness” with the Velcro straps, but so far so good.

Worth having in your greenhouse !
