  Had the seller stated how old this product was I would never have bid let alone bought on a buy it now. Original receipt was in parcel dated 02/10 2016...I would never buy an electrical item this age wether used or not.

  Firstly you stated packaging poor but would / could not provide evidence. Ask for photos none sent. Asked for the return of the product - not sent. Then you report old product, again no photos supplied or evidence provided. To top it all you haven't even paid for the item anyway so you are now quids in by not paying and keeping the blanket. Due to the circumstances I would have just accepted the item back and provided refund even though it states no refund. Negative feedback not justified.
