Good quality stand
Solid stand and flat legs so not a trip hazard like other stands.
Only downside is the plastic bits aren't retained adequately and keep falling off.
Apart from that its a good quality stand.

Has a few issues
This is a TPI thermostat ie if you set it to 18c it's supposed to ascertain the heatup rate and switch off the heating ahead of time so that the residual heat in the radiators bring the room up to temperature and you get a constant 18c. Because our weather is often unpredictable and the thermostat has no way of knowing outside temperatue it sometimes turns off the heating too early leaving you cold.
It turns the heating on for about 2 minutes 3 or 6 times an hour (depending on setting). This seems pretty pointless. It is not long enough to have any effect and just seems to be a waste of gas. There is no way to turn this 'feature' off.
It has a delayed start but the range is so large that the heating only comes on immediately if the temperature is 6c below. If ithe temp is less than 6c below theres up to a 45 minute delay before the heating comes on. This is supposed to save energy consumption but the switch for this operation is inside the unit so it's not convenient to change it when you just want the heating to come on immediately.
