Powdered pectin
Good value, good pectin powder.

A useful addition
I’m using this for pastry rolling; I usually just roll out on my wooden worktop but this is much less messy and can be gathered up and the debris thrown out easily. It washes and rolls neatly for storage. Wish I’d bought one before

Good for quiet listening
I’ve had one of these before and so this is just a replacement. It lasts years and works well. It’s not “hifi” but I just like to have the radio on in the night to help me through
