  Very good experience with this seller. The guitar I ordered was shipped quickly, packaged well. Not brand new, but all damage/dings were shown in the listing so was as described. Sadly, the courier didn’t take as much care as you’d like and smashed the back off of the guitar (I’m not sure how much packaging could have helped). Seller was approachable, understanding and offered a couple of options to resolve. Couldn’t ask for more especially when it wasn’t his fault. Thanks once again.

  The item was very well packaged and great postage price. Everything as described, very happy with my purchase. The only negative thing about the transaction was the courier. I will never accept EVRi for my delivery company ever again. These people are fools and should not be allowed to continue. Other than that everything else was fine. In future I will check what courier is being used to deliver my goods and if the seller is using EVRi I will not be purchasing from them. Kind regards, Sean

  Item exactly as described, seller packed well and posted promptly, unfortunatey courier ( evri) made a dogs dinner of delivery, 11 days and misleading info on delivery attempts. Alls well in the end.

  Guitar arrived with neck completely broken, original listing said that it would be in "immaculate condition" and "professionally packaged" and then arrived in nothing more than a bin bag and a layer of bubble wrap. Also paid for postage so would have thought seller would take more care. When contacting the seller it is clear they do not want to resolve the issue, just telling me to pay for it to be repaired when I am already enough out of pocket. Poor Value and not as described.

  The guitar arrived well packed. It was sent safely and securely which was nice. Arrived quickly. Item is as described and in good condition for its age although iiv only seen it via video call as i am away but my partner has checked and said it looks good. Great value collectors item. Cannot wait to get home to set it up and play it.
