Great tracker
I bought this on a budget - the full price was way out of my range, and to be honest I did not do a lot of research before buying, but am very happy with it. It's lightweight and splashproof - reviews say you can wear it in the shower but I would not be confident doing that.
It's the app that really make this a great little gadget. It's excellent as a pedometer, and if you do any activities that don't register, such as Yoga or on a static bike, you can add them on the app. The sleep tracker is also good, though not 100% accurate - I never sleep through the night, and often it does not register that I have been awake for a little while. My only complaint with the tracker is that it only measures resting heart rate, and I am still rather unsure as to how useful this is. I would personally like to be able to see my heart rate in real time to hit my target heart rate. The coach feature on the app is pretty good though not always appropriate, but it 'learns' what information you find helpful. I have discovered just how difficult it is to hit the recommended target of 10,000 steps. I have a personal target of 6,000 due to health issues, and manage 5 days out of 7.
Overall I would highly recommend this tracker. I have heard that customer service is not good, but I have not had direct experience myself.

No access to magnetic charge point
As above - you can't get to the magnetic charge point without taking the case off completely, otherwise tough and durable.
