  The design of the vase is beautiful but the damage is far more than shown in the photos or description. There is a chunk of enamel missing, not just cracking & substantial discoloration. The item was very well packaged and tracked delivery was useful. I contacted the seller about the damage but they are unwilling to offer a partial refund. We have a difference of opinion about the value for money of the vase. I would warn others to seek further details about any damage.

  All damage was shown in my photos including the missing piece, these items go for a lot more with quite a lot of substantial damage, which I explained and sent examples but customer could have returned but only want partial refund!
