A happy discovery
They arrived quickly, and intact. And they're delicious, believe it or not. There's a world of difference between these light, crisp matzos, and the terminally indigestible ones most of us have been used to. Thank you for making them - and please don't stop.

Perfect timing
I've bought a Podium 5-piece, and I'd just dropped one of the jars on the kitchen floor. (It might have survived a fall on to cushioned plastic flooring, but not quarry tiles.) Joseph Joseph don't sell spare jars, so I was delighted to spot this - I now have a replacement and a couple of extras - and they're very nice jars, transparent with comfortable, easy-use lids. Thank you.

lifesavers!
The top shelf of my Smeg dishwasher was collapsing. These tiny things restored my machine to full health again, and - even better - saved me from more thankless contact with the manufacturer. I am a happy, grateful customer.
