I bought 2 bedside cabinet, 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers. the drawers and cabinets were easy to assemble and are reasonably solid.. The wardrobes however were a different story. when I opened the fist box, the strip that holds the backing boards together was smashed. 3 pieces of the wardrobe were missing. so I then opened the second box thinking the parts were in there,but there were parts missing from this box as well and some of the components had been drilled out of line and the wrong size for the dowels. I have managed to assemble one wardrobe using the parts that were meant to build 2, and I am still awaiting the spare parts so as I can build the 2nd wardrobe.
the process of contacting the supplier is long and drawn out and takes over a week for the supplier to get in touch, not good.
