  I've never left negative feedback before, but this experience was poor. After prompt payment, the item wasn't shipped, and the seller didn't reply to messages. After escalating to eBay, the seller apologised, saying they had just returned from holiday and promised to dispatch it the next day with 24-hour shipping. Spoiler alert: that didn't happen. Silence again. eBay came to the rescue with a refund. I hope the seller got a nice tan.
