  Item is working, but I dispute the description of "overall good condition" - remote is damaged (not pictured), back panel is dented (not mentioned), front panel clips have all been broken off and were rattling around inside of the casing (also not mentioned), leaving the panel loose and insecure. The item was well packaged so can't see how this could have happened during transit.
