Compact and useful
The telescopic design is simple but effective - keeps it nice and compact for storage, but gives extra reach when needed. Very useful.
The actual swatting mesh isn't quite as big as I had expected (a bit smaller than my last one), but even so I have used it successfully. Not sure how long the plastic will last - difficult to predict. I think this type of plastic will inevitably break (like my last one) but they all seem to use the same type and this seems as sturdy as most.

So far, so good
Too early to comment on reliability, but seems well-made, a worthy successor to Friedland (with better bell push) and possibly superior to that other common brand of doorbell, Byron. Good features, including 'secret knock' and LED strobe. Only very minor criticisms are that there's a slight delay between pushing the button and the 'bell' ringing, and also the maximum volume could maybe afford to be a teeny bit louder, although it's still it should still be fine for most circumstances. Recommended.

Value for money
Worth saying at the outset - at this kind of price, I wasn't expecting anything particularly solid, and I was right. They're a little on the flimsy side for sure, but they're a fraction of the cost of the branded ones I've seen, though to be honest I still think it would take some carelessness or misuse for them to break (and there are two provided here after all). They do the job perfectly well, so I'm happy with the purchase.
