Good value and works well.
The product arrived promptly. It is of reasonable quality given the low price. it took a little bit of effort to get it to work initially but once up and running it does the job.

Good price and perfect fit
The pads were packaged well, perfect sizing and fitted straight on. After a few minutes of bedding in with my old discs, they grip exceptionally well. Very happy with them for the price.

Its okay. Not the easiest to use.
It took quite a bit of effort to get it to run initially primarily because I am using Windows 10. I am not super keen on the web-based interface. I prefer a pdf being much easier to use and can pretty much run on any windows or apple device. Once I got it to work, I find it quite difficult to navigate and find what I am looking for. If this is what the OEM uses, I don't know how they find anything. Having used it for quite a while now, I am slightly more familiar with the interface, but I still feel it is not very user-friendly. Saying this, I thought it was cheap to buy so it won't break the bank.
