Beware if you are left handed
I fully charged the product as per the instructions. The charge ran out before I had completed half of my hair. It only curls tiny strands of hair at at time so if you have thick hair like mine it is likely the charge will run out. Scarily it did not always release, at one point I thought I would have to be cut out. Not user friendly if you are left handed as there is only one way to insert on to your hair. If you are a lefty you are working upside down so need to adapt to using the other hand. I know the product is cheap but it does not do the job. As the saying goes buy cheap buy twice !!. Not everyone will have the same issues as me however if you have long or even medium length hair it will take forever to complete your styling. This appears to be a budget product based on a more expensive version. I cannot comment on if the other works better. I will be going back to using a straightener to curl.
