I was selling this item for my father in law Who is terminally ill. The fact you failed to inform me it would be nearly 2 weeks before collection is one point. Secondly calling me a C??t is ill advised. I can see why you don't use your own ebay account and hide behind your partners. This being the case you wouldn't have a 100 % feedback which i would assume is your partners doing i have no doubt it would be yours alone

Sadly, this item was not packaged properly and was delivered in the black manufacturer's box advertising the content to all involved in the delivery process. Consequently, the watch was not in the box on delivery and the sellotape had been broken on arrival. If the box had been packaged properly so that the contents were not advertised this would have minimised the likelihood of theft in transit - which is what appears to have happened. A resolution under the eBay Guarantee Scheme will be sought

Item not as listed. Seller also not there when we arrived but other family members appeared and tried to help. Sellers apology appreciated but doesn’t really compensate for 2 hours of wasted time and petrol.
