Overall this is a good product for the money.
The setup booklet is confusing, but after three days I finally was able to get in my favorite numbers in the memory buttons. The phone is lightweight and attractive and easy to use with large buttons for us older folks.
I noticed it is hard to hear on either end of call when using speaker phone. I have adjusted the volume higher but that didn't help.
Overall this is a good product for the money.

Just what I needed with one exception.
This calculator has many keys for professional use which is good but I only needed the four basic, add, subtract, multiply and divide. It does a really good job with a crisp clear printout of my calculations.
My only complaint is that there is no subtotal key so that when balancing a checkbook for example, continuous calculations are impossible. It is frustrating to have to keep re entering the same numbers over and over. This is why the calculator is only getting a four star instead of the five star. I sent the question of subtotal key to the seller but have not heard back at all.

Top of phone should be curved.
When answering the phone, I have difficulty hearing on the phone as the surface is rather flat. It is not comfortable when holding close to my ear.
The other features are ok, but the ringer is fairly quiet.
Would not buy this again.
