  😭😭Item(I'm guessing)was damaged in post, resulting in leakage over items immediate packaging, deeming it no longer fit for intended purpose. Sent photos and tried to fairly negotiate a PARTIAL refund (as 1 bottle was still in tact n usable)...Fair enough, right? 🤷🏻‍♀️ Well, I certainly wasnt expecting her disdainful response🤯It was borderline snidy!🥺 Not at all necessary, regardless of whatever kinda day she'd poss had!😤

  I regret your item did not meet your expectations, I can assure you that I took great care in packaging the item, applying ample reinforcement and sealant around the bottles to prevent any leakage. I previously offered you the opportunity to return the item for a full refund, but did not receive a response from you. Throughout our correspondence, I have addressed your concerns in a courteous and understanding manner and believe the characterisation of my response as "snide" is unwarranted.
