tried numerous times as worked for first two times, but stopped at third attempt. Had EXACTLY the same coffee machine but bought from Swan --. Lasted 2 1/2 years and only broke from my fault so quickly bought this one and done nothing to it but doesn't work AFTER 3RD ATTEMPT.
