Great book!
Wonderful book! Turns what I thought I knew about nutrition upside down! Everything explained with science and humor so it's easy to understand. Wonderful book everyone should read.

Fabulous book!
Dr Fung has amazing information! In 4 months I've lost 30 pounds and been able to reduce my insulin intake from 95 units a day to 12 units a day, and I hope to get off insulin altogether. My doctor is fully supportive and recommends fasting for a variety of conditions.
