excellent guide brilliant information
2 of 2 found this helpful the pictures of plates of meals foods...are superb pictorial easy to understand visions of what meals contain what calories etc....the portion sizes in particular are very clear....the sections in categories of types of meals or foods is also easy and well done...it makes browsing casual reading even motivation the way the pages and pictures pan out usefully sending our brains messages about what we eat and calories related
