What a fabulous store for a collector. They had a very rare set I was looking for, was happy to negotiate on price and then arrange delivery. Was concerned when tracking went wrong but they instantly answered and told me they had arranged a better more cost effective delivery service... True Customer Services.. Although delivery took an awfully unexpected long time 🕰️ and i had to make repairs to the clam shell inside the box as it was shattered from delivery, the Item was as described and it was in one piece. The price was perfect as finding this figure is impossibly difficult as it was and still is sold out everywhere. Seller’s communication was not that clear at times due to miscommunication in Translation. But eventually everything turned out great in the end.

There was initial confusion about the delivery since the wrong tracking number was given, but after short message exchange this was solved and my item arrived just few days later. Delivery was way ahead of the deadline (12.02. instead of March). The box was opened, dented and not in best condition but the figure is original, new and in perfect condition. Seller always answered within 2 days. All in all, I am very happy to have gotten this item at the offered price. Thank you!

SCAM!!! Ordered a 1/6 scale figure from them took ages to send the item and had poor communication. When it was finally posted waited almost a month only to be hit with a £48 custom fee. When I eventually got the parcel it was not at all what I ordered inside was 2 LED remote controls Not the £200 figure. This seller is a scam artist I am massively out of pocket now and will be making a claim.
