  Sent wrong item ,no answers to numerous emails. Opened a case with eBay , got the answer mistakes happen. Asked for refund , told to return for refund asked for postage label no reply. eBay refunded me.

  Wrong goods were originally sent out in error, sent correct item the following day. Customer was expecting the item to be delivered next working day though. So when the goods never arrived by that date, he demanded a refund. Which I then said, return both items and I will refund you. He insisted I pay for the return label but for returns it is for the buyer to pay for the label.
