Great pens.
I love Parker Jotter pens. This one is no exception. Great quality, great feel. Love it.

Works great, easy to install
Took me about 5 mins to install. 13 little screws on the back then pull out the old and in with the new.

2 of 2 found this helpful This printer works great. I don't know if it's just me or what, but I had to set up two of them and they were both a pain in the butt to set up. My in-laws bought exactly the same model and had me set it up. I had the same problem with both of them. I followed the instructions step by step and when it came time to turn it on the printer didn't recognize the ink cartridges. After taking the print head and the ink cartridges out about 10 times it finally recognized them. Like I said maybe I was unlucky twice or I just don't know how to install the ink (even though I put them back the same way every time). Other than that it's a really great product at a great price.
