  I will say I’m neutral on this product. I am happy the seller explained the discrepancy after receiving the product but I think it should have been communicated before me asking why not all were enclosed. Anyways, they came well padded with an invoice but no mention that it would be one item short. Anyways, communication was quick and friendly, though I would have loved to have been given the opportunity to change my mind on the purchase, upon finding out that it was missing 1 piece. That’s all.
