Cool purchase
This box works really well,a great purchase for the price and very simple to use unlike the Amazon fire TV. If you want the av to work thats the only real issue it will give u if you don't know what you are doing. You can't have the hdmi connected to get the av to work,just connect it to tv with cords and get to settings display and switch it from 575pal to 480 NTSC and you're good. Oh and you want be really able to see what you're doing until u switch to 480.

Good so far
I'm only 3 weeks in of using this product and that's not long enough to be spot on with it's effects exactly. For now i've energy gains which helps increase reps during workouts.
