Requires professional install. But once set up works great!
This little box brings everything in your home, from AV equipment, lighting, heating, media, and security, into one cohesive place. The remote feels great, the hardware and software is built to last, and it's incredibly reliable - moreso than a lot of competitors. Control4 is very easy to use when it's all set up in your home, with categories such as "Watch", " Listen" and "Comfort" , but you'll need a dealer to make everything work - once it's all set up though you shouldn't ever need to touch it other than for fine tuning, and Control4 is one of the only custom integration companies to provide a 'home edition' of their software, which allows you to do everything other than add new equipment for your project. Luckily there are lots of registered dealers that can do this over the Internet for you, for very low prices. c4forums has everything you'll ever need.
