too hot to handle
Nice product at the price but a bit slow to boil ( 3 minutes at full mark) and it can steam clean your fingers if you hold the handle too close to the top whilst pouring

Well made product ( I had to take it apart to resolve an earth connection issue), solid rather than flimsy, with good controls and with a nice compact touch plate display. Fast heating response for a radiant model. As often the case, the clamps to fit it to the table top were fiddly to install though slightly more robust than some.
