I care about the planet and want to sell items that are mostly unused. Some are used but in good working order. Some have parts missing, like my Bosch cylinder vacuum cleaner. I am new to eBay and still don’t know how to use it properly. Sometimes the items I describe do not register properly. I would appreciate help in this regard, but it seems I cannot contact anybody for advice. How can I communicate with a buyer if they have misunderstood my listing?
