Looking forward to exercising?! Yes!

After using a different Jennifer Galardi dance DVD, I thought that I could use something a bit more challenging. This is it! Like the first one, the routines are explained and demonstrated exceptionally well, and they are FUN! Every day on my way to workout I marvel that I actually WANT to do this! Prior to using these DVDs, I had been inactive for much too long. Now I'm on the move again.
