Powerful information in non-doctor language that's compelling reading!
Just started the chapter on Nutrition and its hard to put down. Makes so much sense. It's easy reading as the doctors write in language that non-doctors can understand. They make specific points and explain things very clearly - for example, the reasons that Coconut Oil is not a good choice and why some fish is healthier for us than others. Education is power and this education makes it far easier to make healthy choices. Refreshing to learn that there is a natural way to achieve results. Our society has been going to the doctor expecting to get a Rx to cure them for too long. These doctors talk about this and that we need to address the root cause. Only wish my mom, now 80 w/Alzheimer's would have had this (book) knowledge and used it. Everything she will eat and likes to eat is working against her.
