Worth a try.
I sent for this lamp after researching what might help with the beginning of arthritis in my hands.....so far, I believe it has been a help, also my husband is using it to help with knee problems.

Early days
I am disappointed with this because it doesn't blend into liquid easily, it clumps up more than blends in smooth.
