Intriguing and motivational
I found the book very easy to read, interesting and motivational.
It motivated me to try intermittent fasting and now I find my metabolism and energy are so much better. I would definitely recommend this book.

Not up to scratch
I find it difficult to make the coffee on a morning then have to wait 30 minutes till I have breakfast. Generally means I don't have breakfast and the product doesn't work.

Great energy boost
Found this is a great energy boost, I'm unsure of how much it affects my appetite, however I would still recommend the product.
