Disappointing

The overall finish on the body of the instrument that I received was excellent but the plaudits must stop there. The fittings and finish on the rest of the guitar were of poor quality and there seemed to be a built in problem inasmuch as the headstock holes were out of line with the tuning pegs meaning that the G and A strings were binding and unable to be brought into tune without snapping.

One slight problem

When adding weights to the lever, care has to be taken because the base is relatively narrow and the overhanging arm (with added weights) causes it to overbalance very easily. I would recommend a wider base or fixing the unit to a larger board. Other than that it does what it says on the tin and I've successfully used it to make my first pressed cheese with no problems.
